All general maintenance must be reported in writting to our office by completing our maintenance request form in full. This form can be obtained from Reception or can be downloaded by clicking on the following link:

Emergency maintenance can be phoned through to our office on 07 3807 9077, otherwise should you have an emergency outside of business hours please consult your current tenancy agreement as some properties have specialised contacts.
